Underwater BOB
Duration: 3.5 Hours
Details: A short 20 minute ride by boat brings guests to the BOB site where the BOB's are attached to a floating platform. The BOB experience includes a 10 minute orientation and safety briefing followed by a 30 minute underwater journey. We set up the BOB experience in exclusive sites so as not to have interference from other recreational snorkelers and divers. This gives our guests a more private and exclusive experience.
For safety, we employ several techniques. First, we tether each BOB to the surface, allowing a maximum depth of less than 20 feet. At the surface, each tether is tied to a large fender with a dive flag attached. Secondly, we only use 5 BOBs at a time with two employees in the water ensuring a unique personalized experience. The five BOBs are lead and followed by the diving team throughout the underwater trail.
When guests are not "Bobbing", they are supplied with snorkel gear, kayaks, and other water toys or may just lie in the sun.
Inclusions: Lemonade, iced tea, bottled water, as well as snacks (prepackaged cookies or cheese crackers) throughout the trip.
